“ firstly I would like to express how polite, welcoming and friendly receptionist Cristina was when entering and leaving the restaurant bringing a great start to my experience. Secondly I would like to highlight how amazing Rocco the manager. Superb attention to detail in service making the experience overall so rewarding to me. Thirdly Giuseppe the chef I asked for his name individually to thank him for the amazing food he cooked and catering to the my diet needs. The food is so tasteful and tempting me to return and try all the amazing options they have on offer. Service overall is great from friendly professional staff catering to my needs throughout. Experience relaxing and enjoyable at Piccolino from start to finish I can’t wait to return soon enough and this restaurant is 10 out of 10 and so worth the visit!!! ”

“ Location is perfect and easy to get to. Restaurant has beautiful decor and superbly clean. Staff are passionate about their jobs and making sure every customer is satisfied and happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was outstanding and freshly cooked. Even though the restaurant was busy we were still served in quick/ reasonable time. Would 100% recommend !!!! ”

“ An Italian restaurant in Chichester. The staff are polite and friendly. The service was not rushed, which was good when you are out celebrating a family event. A good menu offering a range of Italian food, which was well presented. A bit pricey for pizza and pasta. The restaurant was clean and had a good decor. Toilets are accessable to all. Paid parking is in a carpark about a 5 minute walk away. ”

“ We normally go to The Ivy but, it was my mother’s 94th birthday so I took her somewhere where many other people had recommended. We were really impressed. It’s well designed and seats are nice and comfortable. For my mother, being somewhat of a foodie actually, to say she preferred Piccolino, was praise indeed. The food was delicious, we had calamari and some whitebait to start with, dishes that often give a restaurant away. The whitebait was some of the best I’d ever had and the calamari was really fresh. It’s served in a very unpretentious way so you really feel you get really great portions. My mother had the duck leg and these were so soft, tender with a delicious Asian style topping served on a bed ratatouille and I had a delicious pizza. The serving is exemplary. Friendly and attentive but just at the right level. The staff are superbly trained and always looking around to make sure everyone is happy and not needing anything- but not pushy in anyway. Finally, they surprised my Mum with a lovely tiramisu cake with a candle on top- she was very touched. All in all a really great experience and I’ll definitely be back! ”

Or lovely hostess gave us the best experience and highly recommend the T-bone which we shared between us. Margherita our among hostesss and Vito were simply the best! “ Had an amazing experience.. Beautiful venue and you know the moment you walk in you are in a for a treat. The service was fantastic. Staff all very friendly and helpful but not in your face every 5 mins and seemed to know the perfect moments to approach. The menu is absolutely amazing. And the food did not disappoint. Delicious is an understatement and beautifully presented. Outstanding drinks and cocktail menu. Without a doubt my new fave restaurant! ”
